Terms and conditions of service with Kaidee.la
Before subscribing and making an order, please read the terms of this agreement beforehand.
After the Kaidee.la subscriber accepts and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions of service.
- Kaidee.la is a Online Shopping Agent website from Taobao.com 1688.com lazada and sourcing products from China. Kaidee.la is not a direct selling site , so our service scope provides services to help find or buy goods as customers need under the terms of a good sales plan.
- We serve as a sales representative for non-merchandising customers , so ensuring the quality of the goods depends on the seller's warranty. We only help customers who are members to contact the seller and solve the problem.
- In the case of goods with quality customers as members could not guarantee the product well and if during the warranty, the seller will change the goods back or shipping them, the Kaidee.la we will try a middle name in negotiation with the seller, you could. But we will not guarantee that the negotiations will come out of the way of customers.
- In the event that the seller decides to change or return the goods in question , the goods must be returned to the seller , the customer must bear the expense incurred in transporting the country to the seller himself.
2. Terms of Details
2.1 Terms and procedures for procurement:
- After purchasing a customer order via Kaidee.la and paid , we will immediately buy you a purchase , but we will not guarantee that all items will be processed ; Because it depends on the supplier (seller) that has the goods.
- After purchasing a customer, the seller will send goods to our store in China for about 1-6 days.
- We will check , pack and ship to Lao PDR, which will take delivery time under shipping conditions , usually 4-7 days. ;

2.2 Terms of payment
- Payment Mode: Members must pay 100% cash via cash payment channel at Kaidee.la office or transfer via foreign exchange bank. Kaidee.la will proceed to purchase.
- Receiving Mode: Once you arrive at Kaidee.la Warehouse in Vientiane, you can contact us at our office and pay for Chinese, Lao or Thai - Lao (or weighing) shipments before you can ship your warehouse based on the weight or actual volume of the machine (see details at www.).

2.3 Terms of cancellation of the order
Customers can cancel the order in the following circumstances and conditions:

2.4 Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Bag Account Kaidee.la
- Kaidee.la Wallet is a handy tool for financial transactions between clients who are members and Kaidee.la us. The Bags Account will facilitate refunds to customers who are members in case we do not purchase them in each case (eg, no store, etc.). Additionally, the Bags Account also allows customers who can use cash to pay for their goods by automatically deducting their account if the customer deposits their money into the bank account and the amount of cash on the bank account is enough for the goods to be ordered.
- The amount of money in the Kaidee.la Wallet is equal to the actual amount of a member of the membership that can not be transferred or otherwise used.

2.5 Guaranteed conditions
Kaidee.la is a Purchasing Manager from China , Thailand. We guarantee that:
- After the customer has paid the bill, we will buy it within 24 hours ;
- The goods that can not be ordered will be refunded to the member via the transfer channel into the customer's account of the customer and can be used further or withdrawn ;
- Goods that match the colors , specifications , generations ... which customers choose ;

- Speed up the seller and the shipping company as soon as possible.
Problems with machine problems can be divided into two cases:
